Now that I have laid down the true principles of political right, and tried to give the State a basis of its own to rest on, I ought next to strengthen it by its external relations, which would include the law of nations, commerce, the right of war and conquest, public right, leagues, negotiations, treaties, etc.	政治的権利の真の原理を定め、国家にそれ自身の基礎を与えようとした今、私は次に、国家の外部関係によってそれを強化するべきである。これには、国際法、商業、戦争と征服の権利、公法、同盟、交渉、条約などが含まれる。
